I've been following the unresolved case of Alberto Hugo Teran Sanchez and can't help but feel immense empathy for his loved ones. It's been over a decade, and justice still hasn't been served. It's a residential area, which makes me wonder if the attackers were familiar with the neighborhood or if it was just a random choice. Did anyone else notice if the area has had similar crimes around that period, or could this have been an isolated event?
