On January 5, 2009, 27-year-old Alberto Hugo Teran Sanchez was the victim of a fatal shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina. Around 2:08 a.m., officers responded to a call at 210 Owen Boulevard, where they found Sanchez and another Hispanic male sitting in a Ford Explorer, both having suffered gunshot wounds.
