I've been digging into the John Brockbank case from '91, and something keeps bugging me. When he vanished from the *Azure*, one detail that's never been fully explained is how someone could go missing from a cruise ship without any crew or passengers noticing anything unusual. You’d think someone in a black tuxedo would stand out, right? Especially on a cruise, where it’s pretty much a sea of casual attire most of the time. I wonder if there were any surveillance cameras on the ship back in those days or if they relied mainly on eyewitness accounts. It seems like the investigation would have a clearer picture if there were at least some video footage from the ship’s common areas. Also, anyone know if there are any records of unusual incidents reported on the ship before or after he disappeared? Anything, even small, could add up to a clue in a case that cold.

Has anyone else ever wondered why there were no reports of anyone seeing or hearing anything unusual around the time John Brockbank went missing on the *Azure*? With so many people on board, you'd think someone might have noticed if something was amiss. I know it was 1991, and security cameras weren't as advanced as they are today, but still, wouldn't there have been some kind of witness or clue? Also, has anyone seen any mentions of passengers or crew being interviewed in more detail? It strikes me as odd that there doesn't seem to be much info about others on the ship around the time he disappeared. If anyone has insights or has come across interviews or statements from people who were on that cruise, I'd love to hear more.
