Has anyone here looked into the problem of the saddle being askew and the wet blanket on La Mora when she returned? It seems odd to me, given Rene's experience as a horseman, that something would go amiss with the tack. Maybe something unexpected spooked La Mora or happened so quickly that Rene had no time to adjust it? Just thinking out loud here, but it might point to some sudden occurrence we haven't fully considered. Maybe a flash flood or an unexpected drop in the terrain? What do you guys think? Could this detail offer some fresh perspective on where to refocus the investigation?
