I’ve been following the case of Michael Ray Simmons for a while now, and one thing that's been bugging me is the timeline of when his belongings were found. It seems odd that it took three whole years for his clothing and ID to surface near where his van was abandoned. With the area being remote, I wonder if they were there all along and just overlooked, or if someone moved them there later to throw off investigators. Also, the fact that nothing else of significance has come up since then is puzzling. If foul play is indeed suspected, could it mean someone local is involved, familiar enough with the area to navigate it unseen? I’d love to hear other theories about this delay in discovery. It just feels like there are missing pieces to this puzzle. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Michael Ray Simmons case for a while now, and something that puzzles me is the gap between the discovery of his van and when his personal items were found. Does anyone else think it's odd that his clothes and ID weren't discovered until three years later, especially since they were in the same area? You'd think a search team would have checked thoroughly around the van when it was first found on Crooked Finger Road. It makes me wonder if someone might have placed them there later to throw off the investigation. Anyone have thoughts on this? Could it suggest possible foul play or someone trying to send a message?
