I can’t get past the part about Saimara’s sister, Raven, finding out about her sister's death on the night of her wedding. I can’t even begin to imagine the emotional whiplash of experiencing one of the happiest days of your life only to get such devastating news. It makes me wonder how the family is coping with such conflicting feelings. Sending them all so much strength. Thinking about Jakoby staying at the scene… it's puzzling. If he did shoot her, what could have possibly been going through his head to just stay there instead of running? Was he in shock? Does anyone have any insights into what his actions might mean legally or psychologically? Just hoping the community rallies around Saimara’s family during this time and that they find some path to healing. What a terribly sorrowful series of events.
