Has anyone else been thinking about the security measures in hospital parking garages after this tragic incident with Jacqueline Ecton? It's just awful to think that someone on their way to work to help others could face such danger. I've been visiting a friend in another hospital, and I can't help but notice how easy it could be for someone with ill intent to get into these places. I'm not blaming the hospital because, unfortunately, no one can predict such tragedies, but maybe increased security measures, like more cameras or even security personnel during late-night and early-morning shifts, could prevent something like this in the future. It's terrifying for hospital staff and visitors alike. My heart goes out to Jacqueline's family and colleagues. She seemed like an amazing person who didn't deserve this.
