I've been following the case of Alberto Ramos-Velazquez, and it's both deeply upsetting and baffling that no arrests have been made yet. Having grown up in Oregon myself, Rocky Butte Park was always a place for peaceful hangouts and enjoying the view, and it's disturbing to think something so violent could happen there. I can only imagine the frustration and sadness Alberto's family must be feeling, having no answers or sense of closure. It seems like there are still so many pieces missing from the night of the shooting, and with witnesses who may have left, there's hope that someone might come forward. Does anyone know if there’s been any update on the investigation techniques being employed, like surveillance footage from nearby areas? I keep thinking there must be crucial evidence still out there. Keeping Alberto's family in my thoughts and hoping they get the justice they deserve soon.
