I've been diving into old local records and news reports about Kathy Kolodziej's tragic case, and something that stood out to me was the detail about the two different weapons being used. It feels so chilling and planned. It's hard to imagine the fear and confusion Kathy must have felt, and it breaks my heart thinking about what her family has endured all these years. I wonder if the use of multiple weapons could point towards more than one perpetrator, or someone who was particularly frenzied or deranged. Has anyone else thought about this angle or heard anything remote about this from reliable sources? I really hope with advancing forensic methods, they can analyze whatever evidence they still have with fresh eyes. Kathy and her loved ones deserve closure. And for us in the community, it would be a relief to see her murderer brought to justice.
I came across Katherine Kolodziej's case recently and can't stop thinking about the yellow Volkswagen lead. It's baffling how a tip like that, which seems significant, hasn't led to any more answers after all these years. The 1970s were quite different in terms of investigative technology, so I wonder if there are still witnesses who might recognize the car or its driver from back then. Maybe they didn’t realize what they knew was important enough to report at the time. If anyone remembers even the smallest detail, it could be crucial now! My heart goes out to Kathy’s family and friends, and I admire how the community keeps her memory alive. Hoping anyone with new information will come forward to finally bring her justice. #JusticeForKathy #ColdCase
