Hi everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Tina Foglia's case lately, especially the lack of progress despite advances in DNA technology. It's absolutely gut-wrenching to imagine how her family has been waiting for answers for so long. One thing that really stood out to me was the fact that her remains were found along the Sagtikos State Parkway. It makes me wonder about the logistics of how her killer managed to transport her and avoid being seen.
Was it someone familiar with the area? Did they take side roads to avoid detection, or was the location chosen impulsively? With the proximity to the highway, it seems possible that they might have been trying to make a quick getaway.
I really hope that with continued efforts, someone, somewhere might remember seeing something that could give detectives new leads. It's just so tragic that justice has been elusive for her and her loved ones for all these years. Let's keep the conversation going and hope for a breakthrough.
Stay safe, everyone.
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the scene after Tina Foglia left Hammerheads that night. It's really eerie to consider how quickly things unfolded. I know some of you have mentioned the area around Sunrise Highway and Sagtikos State Parkway, and I can't stop wondering if there were any witnesses or strange occurrences that just haven't been uncovered yet. It was a busy area, and even back in 1982, someone might have seen something.
It's so sad to think that someone out there might have critical information and not even realize its importance. Maybe individuals who frequented the clubs or passed by on their commute could have seen something odd but dismissed it.
For those who were around during that time, I’d be curious if anyone remembers anything peculiar about the area or people acting out of the ordinary. Sometimes even the smallest detail can spark a lead. We owe it to Tina and her family to keep pushing forward with this case.
Stay safe, everyone.
Has anyone else looked into the potential connection between Tina Foglia's murder and the Long Island Serial Killer (LISK) case? I've been following both cases, and although there's no confirmed link, the similarities are hard to ignore. The close proximity of the crime scenes and the nature in which Tina was found are chillingly reminiscent of the LISK victims. I can't help but wonder if there's more to this than meets the eye. It's devastating to think that Tina's family has had to endure decades without answers. My heart goes out to them, and I hope that advances in DNA technology might one day bring them some closure. If anyone has more info on possible ties between these cases, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
