Tina Foglia, a 19-year-old woman from Brentwood, New York, was last seen in the early morning hours of February 1, 1982, leaving Hammerheads, a rock club on Sunrise Highway in West Islip. Tragically, just two days later, on February 3, 1982, her dismembered remains were discovered by state highway workers in several plastic bags along the Sagtikos State Parkway.
