Does anyone know if there are any community outreach efforts happening for Samir Mayes? It's just so awful to think about what his family must be going through right now, having lost someone so young and full of potential. I feel like maybe the community can come together somehow, perhaps with a vigil or a commemorative event to honor his memory. It's hard to comprehend how something like this could happen on Migration Lane, a street that many of us walk every day. If anyone hears about any events or fundraisers to help support his family, please post here. We need to stand together during such a tough time and prove that we're stronger than this senseless act of violence. Sending love and strength to Samir’s loved ones.
