Hey all, I've been following Kanyae KJ Franklin's case and my heart truly goes out to his family and the community. I've been thinking a lot about the area where this happened, the South Shore neighborhood. I've read that it's not new to struggles with violence and safety concerns, but hearing about Kanyae has really brought it into focus for me. The description of the white car is a key detail, and it’s frustrating that these perpetrators are still out there. I can't help but wonder what more can be done to prevent these kinds of tragedies. Do any locals have insights into community efforts or initiatives that might make a difference, or that have made a difference in the past? More awareness and collaboration seem crucial right now.
