I was thinking about the location where poor Guerlin Caetano was shot, and it just baffles me how it went down in such a busy commercial area. I’ve been to the area around SE Mill Plain Blvd, and it's not exactly deserted, even late at night. You would think someone must have seen or heard something. It's a shame the police haven’t been able to identify the suspect yet. There are so many businesses with security cameras that could help pinpoint what happened. I hope they’re thoroughly reviewing camera footage from nearby spots to find clues. My heart goes out to Guerlin’s family; they deserve answers and justice for such a senseless act. If anyone reading this happened to be in the area that night, please check any recordings or talk to the police if you remember anything, no matter how small it seems.
