Tiffany Nicole Foster, a 35-year-old mother of three, was a woman with a bright future ahead of her. She was a criminal justice major at Georgia Military College and was on the verge of graduating, with aspirations of a career in law enforcement. She was also a dedicated employee at Hello Fresh where she worked as a security guard. Friends, family, and coworkers described her as dependable, and it was highly uncharacteristic of her to miss work without notice, which is why concern grew quickly when she vanished. Her last known communication was on March 1, 2021, after leaving her apartment in Newnan, Georgia. She was a regular user of social media, but her accounts went silent after February 28, 2021. The last activity from her phone was a ping recorded on March 1, 2021. In the days following her disappearance, she missed her college classes and a scheduled shift at work, deepening the fears of her loved ones.
The investigation into Tiffany's disappearance soon began to focus on her fiancé, Reginald Robertson, who was living with her at the time. Robertson initially reported her missing, claiming she had gone to the store and never returned. However, inconsistencies in his story and his behavior raised suspicions. About a week after she was last seen, Tiffany's recently purchased 2020 Nissan Altima was found abandoned in College Park, roughly 30 miles from her home, with her purse and phone inside. Investigators later learned that Robertson had moved the vehicle. As the investigation progressed, a history of domestic abuse came to light, including a previous incident in November 2020 where Robertson allegedly kidnapped and assaulted Tiffany. Evidence also emerged that on the day of her disappearance, Robertson and another man, Jeremy Walker, used Tiffany's debit card.
Though Tiffany's body has never been found, investigators gathered enough evidence to presume she was deceased and to charge Reginald Robertson with her murder. In October 2025, a jury found Robertson guilty on a multitude of charges, including malice murder, kidnapping, rape, and concealing the death of another. He was subsequently sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. His co-defendant, Jeremy Walker, was convicted on a theft charge related to the case and sentenced to ten years in prison. The prosecution built a compelling circumstantial case that included evidence of Robertson's conflicting statements, a history of abuse, and suspicious activities following her disappearance. A text message from Tiffany to a friend stating, 'If something happens to me, Reggie did it,' was also presented in court. The case of Tiffany Foster is a heartbreaking story of a life cut short and a family left without answers about the location of their loved one's remains. Despite the conviction of her killer, the search for Tiffany continues, driven by her family's unwavering hope to one day bring her home and lay her to rest.
