I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact this must have had on the local community, especially at a place as busy as the Walmart. It's chilling to think that something like this could happen on a seemingly normal Sunday afternoon. My heart goes out to the employees and shoppers who were there and will probably carry the trauma of that day with them for a long time. I hope the authorities have provided the necessary support for those witnesses and are diligent in communicating any developments in the case to help the community heal. Also, if anyone has heard anything about community meetings or counseling services being offered, please share. It's crucial for everyone to have a space to process through this tragic event. Rest in peace, Reginald Alford, and comfort to all who knew him.
