I've been reading about Keedon's tragic passing, and something that's been on my mind is the impact this must have had on his friends who were at the party with him that night. Can you imagine being a teenager and experiencing something so traumatic? It's not just about coping with losing a friend, but also making sense of the violence they witnessed. I really hope the schools involved have brought in counselors or support groups to help these young people navigate the emotional aftermath. No doubt, they’re dealing with some deep emotional scars and they need all the support they can get. My thoughts go out to everyone trying to piece their lives back together after this devastating loss.
