The strength it requires to walk away shouldn't be underestimated, and it's so disheartening to see her life end this way when she was trying to move forward. It's a harsh reminder of the dangers some people face when trying to escape an abusive situation. My thoughts are with her family and friends who are enduring such a tremendous loss. I hope they find some semblance of peace in the support from their community.
