It's just so hard to comprehend how things could escalate to such a horrific extent. My heart goes out to the kids who were involved in this terrible ordeal, especially the 12-year-old who had the presence of mind to call 911 in such a terrifying situation. It makes me wonder about the emotional aftermath for these children, having witnessed something so unimaginable. How will they heal from this trauma? I hope there is a strong support system in place for them and that they receive all the emotional support they need. It's truly sad to see entire families torn apart by violence. Let's hope the community rallies around these kids and helps them find some semblance of normalcy in the aftermath of all this.
