Has anyone else been wondering about the influence of those other teenagers in the car? I'm just feeling so sad for Brynlee’s family and the unimaginable loss they're facing. It makes me think about how complex teenage dynamics can sometimes play out in the worst ways. We’ve heard that Jeremiah Matthews was waving a gun around. I can’t help but question the atmosphere in that vehicle. Was there peer pressure going on? Did the others feel intimidated or did they think it was just a joke? It's just chilling to imagine what everyone in that car must have been thinking and feeling right before everything changed forever. My heart really goes out to Brynlee’s friends at Tascosa High. It's hard to even think about how students are handling this at school. It's going to be tough for the volleyball team too, missing a player and a friend. Hoping they can come together and support each other during such a difficult time.
