Edward Larnell Martin, a 50-year-old man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was last seen around July 1, 1999. He resided in the area of Utica Avenue and Apache Street at the time of his disappearance. Martin, described as an African-American male, stood approximately 5'6" tall and weighed 145 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes, and was known by the nickname "Chicken." His disappearance went unnoticed for several years, which further complicated the investigation.
