In the winter of 2024, concern grew for the well-being of Robbie Lee Miller, a 49-year-old man from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was last seen on December 1, 2024, at the OTO hotel located at 11th and Garnett in Tulsa. Following his last known sighting, his family was unable to make contact with him, which was out of character and sparked immediate worry.
