I recently read some court documents and wanted to discuss the disturbing way Wesley Koboi allegedly involved the kids in the aftermath of Shaniya's tragic death. It just breaks my heart thinking about those poor kids being caught in such a horror.
From witness accounts, it seems like the children were right there, just in another room when all of it happened. It’s terrifying that they heard those noises and then were taken on a long drive by Koboi, who was supposed to be their protector. The eight-hour ride to Michigan must have been incredibly confusing and frightening for them, especially with everything happening so unexpectedly.
I can't imagine what the children are going through, and I truly hope they’re receiving the care and support they need. My heart goes out to Shaniya’s family and friends as they try to process this senseless act. Sending love and strength to everyone affected.
