I've been following the Rodney Harris case, and something that's been on my mind is the potential impact on the community, especially the postal service where Rodney worked. From what I understand, Rodney was a dedicated postal worker with many years of service. This tragedy must be quite a blow to his coworkers, not only losing a colleague but trying to keep things running smoothly during the holiday season, which is already a hectic time.
I can’t imagine what his coworkers are going through, processing this loss while also juggling the demands of their jobs. It makes me wonder if there are any support systems in place for them, like grief counseling or community meetings, to help navigate this tough time. Hoping that the postal service can come together to support each other and that Rodney's family finds some peace as they cope with this terrible loss. Anyone else have thoughts on how workplaces manage after such a devastating event?
