I've been following this case closely and can't get past the fact that they found Michael just standing there after everything happened. It's terrifying to think about what Mrs. Courtney went through in those moments. It's difficult not to speculate about Michael's mental state, especially since the prosecution is already raising concerns. Was he experiencing some kind of breakdown? It's such a surreal and tragic situation, particularly given that there seemed to be no clear motive. My heart goes out to Mrs. Courtney and the family. I can't imagine how they're processing all of this – losing a husband and then dealing with the aftermath involving your own child.
