I keep coming back to the fact that this all unfolded near their workplace. It's so hard to fathom how tensions among colleagues—people you see almost every day—can spiral out like this. Was there anyone else aware that things were heated enough to set up a meeting like that? Feels like such a repeating pattern that folks underestimate how dangerous interpersonal disputes can become, especially when layered with pressures from work. I just can't wrap my head around why no one intervened or why it had to reach such an extreme point before someone tried to stop it. My thoughts are with Javier's family—they're dealing with the incomprehensible loss of a young life full of potential. It's a reminder of how quickly things can go from just tense to fatal. Sending strength to those people who loved him and acknowledging the heavy weight they must be carrying now.
