It's deeply unsettling to learn that the bar was ordered to shut down due to its link to the violence that claimed Christopher Bourn and Stefan Garrett. I can't help but wonder about the impact on the neighborhood. Was this a known trouble spot, or were they just in the wrong place at a horrible time? It seems the city’s decision to close the business for a year signals a strong response to address safety concerns.
