Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this tragic event might have on the little child who was present during the shooting? It just breaks my heart to think of a 17-month-old being caught in the middle of such a horrible situation. So many lives altered in an instant, and we must focus on supporting those who remain, especially when they're so young and vulnerable. Has there been any discussion or fund set up to help the child and the mother through this incredibly difficult time? It's in moments like these that the community needs to come together to offer whatever assistance they can. My thoughts are with them, and I'm hoping they have a strong support network to lean on.
