I can't stop thinking about the reported second location in Luis Carlos Ortiz's case—the parking lot between Starbucks and Burger King. Might there have been witnesses grabbing coffee or a late-night bite who saw or heard something? Considering the time of night, it seems unlikely that it was deserted. I've seen cases hinge on seemingly minor details someone remembered later. My heart goes out to Luis’s loved ones; I hope someone who might have just been passing by can shed some light and help bring them some semblance of justice and peace.
