Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Andrew Coates, and my heart really goes out to his family, especially his kids. I can't even begin to imagine the pain they're going through right now. One thing that really stood out to me in the reports was the involvement of the ShotSpotter alert. It makes me wonder how effective these systems are in preventing incidents like this or in quickly leading the police to the crime scenes to potentially catch those responsible. It's such a horrible situation questioning whether technology like this can truly make a difference. Given how quickly the scene escalated with the car crash and the chaos that ensued, it feels like such a pivotal moment where any little detail might help piece things together. I hope the investigation yields some answers soon. Knowing that nearby homes and vehicles were also hit by gunfire is terrifying—there are so many people living in fear. If anybody lives near the area or has seen anything suspicious, please reach out to the authorities as soon as possible. We all have to look out for each other. Hopefully, closure and justice are not too far off. Stay safe, everyone.
