Has anyone here looked into the detention centers near Douglas around January 2012? I know there's been some talk about overcrowding and issues with record-keeping during that time. It's possible Juan could have been in one of those facilities, and maybe the paperwork didn't get properly updated? I feel like digging into the state of the centers and their procedures around then could provide some clues about what might have happened. Anyone with experience or info in this area care to share?
