On a quiet Sunday, September 12, 2021, the community of Wheeler, Wisconsin, was disturbed by a grim discovery. A farmer stumbled upon an abandoned black SUV partially concealed in a cornfield off a rural road. Inside the vehicle were the bodies of four individuals, one of whom was later identified as 35-year-old Loyace Fore III, a Black/African American male.
