Hi everyone, I've been following the tragic events that unfolded at the Avalon Apartments, and my thoughts keep coming back to the community aspect of it all. It’s truly unsettling to think about how quickly a neighborhood can turn from peaceful to a crime scene. I feel so deeply for Kevin Jackson’s family and friends, as well as those living in the complex who've had their sense of safety forever altered. I’m curious about the community's response there. Has anyone heard if they've organized any vigils or support groups for the residents? Sometimes banding together can be a source of strength in such unsettling times. It would be reassuring to know people are supporting one another while facing something so devastating. Let’s hope those who have any information will come forward soon, and this tragedy is resolved with justice for Kevin and healing for all involved. Take care, and stay safe.
