I’ve been following Isaiah Wilson’s case closely, and it’s just so hard to process the suddenness of it all. One aspect that’s really been on my mind is the location — James A. Reed Park. For those familiar with the area, is it known for any particular activity that might explain what Isaiah ran into that day? It’s devastating to think of a young life cut short in a community area meant to be safe and welcoming. This could happen to anyone’s child just walking home from school or hanging out with friends. My heart goes out to his family; losing him right before his 16th birthday is just unimaginable. ? With police still searching for answers and no suspect in sight, I hope someone comes forward with information soon. Meanwhile, holding space for his loved ones as they try to find some peace amid this tragedy.
