I'm still reeling from the news about Kayne Labrie's tragic death. It feels like our whole community is still trying to wrap their heads around the fact that such a young, promising life was cut short. ? Having lived near the Soileau Street area myself, it’s particularly gut-wrenching to think this happened so close to home. I’ve been following the case closely since the news broke and was both relieved and heartbroken when they announced the arrest of Jamarion Hall. There's still so much we don’t know, and I just hope the investigation will provide some clarity for Kayne’s loved ones. It’s a small comfort, but I firmly believe his family deserves all the answers they need and a sense of justice for Kayne. It's maddening how gun violence seems to have taken so many young lives lately. Sending all my thoughts and support to Kayne’s family—can't imagine what they're going through right now. And to everyone else affected by this, let’s continue sharing any information we might have to keep the pressure on and help them find some closure. ?
