Hey everyone, Has anyone been following the Drew Davis case in Topeka? I’m just so struck by how little information has been shared about what led up to such a tragic event. It's unsettling to think about how a quiet neighborhood can turn into a crime scene so suddenly. I can’t stop thinking about his loved ones and what they must be going through right now, not knowing who did this or why. It really got me wondering about the community aspect of all this. Does anyone here know if there have been efforts to increase neighborhood watch programs or establish community meetings for preventing further violence? I feel like sometimes, coming together as a community is one of the few ways we can try to heal and support each other through horrors like this. If anyone has more insights or has been involved in community responses, I’d love to hear about it. My heart goes out to Drew’s family and friends.
