Richard Neria, a 77-year-old military veteran, was last seen on April 25, 2016, at the Salvation Army shelter located in the 800 block of East 11th Street in Odessa, Texas. For years, Neria had been experiencing homelessness in the Odessa area. He was a regular visitor to the Salvation Army, where he would go for their free dinner service several times a week. His disappearance was not reported to the authorities until May 9, 2016, and he has not been heard from since his last sighting.
