I can't shake the feeling of sadness and confusion over what happened on Washington Boulevard that evening. I've been reading through the articles and updates, and Victor Loza's story really stood out to me. It's just so tragic to lose someone so young—he was only 23, with his whole life ahead of him. I noticed in one of the memorial tributes that he was known to have a big heart and a generous spirit. It seems like the community in Bonner Springs has really been hit hard by his passing. There's also something that sticks with me about the randomness of the violence. The fact that three people were shot that night and two lost their lives is just senseless. My thoughts are with Victor's family and friends, and I hope they can find some peace and support through this difficult time. It’s a reminder of how fragile life can be and how quickly things can change.

It’s really difficult to wrap my head around the loss of Victor Loza and Tyler Wheeler. I think what struck me most while reading about this case is the amount of support pouring in from their communities. Losing someone to such sudden violence impacts more than just their immediate family. Victor, being so young and from Bonner Springs, seemed to have touched many lives. I saw several memorial notes and posts online, especially from his friends sharing memories. I can’t even imagine the heartbreak they’re experiencing right now. As the investigation proceeds, I hope justice brings some peace, but I also hope their lives are remembered beyond this terrible event.
