In the late morning of a seemingly ordinary day in March 2022, 78-year-old Jessie Kate Black was seen for the last time. A resident of an apartment complex on Cumberland Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia, she was simply retrieving her mail, a routine activity that marked the last confirmed sighting of her.
