I'm still trying to wrap my head around the tragedy of Cruzita Plascencia's death. My heart goes out to her family and friends during this impossible time. It's bewildering how someone can be taken so suddenly and violently. From what I've read, the shooting happened right outside a residence on Harbor Drive, and what really strikes me is how unexpected it must have been for the residents living there. A quiet early morning in what I imagine is a peaceful area turned into a crime scene in mere moments. I wonder how the neighbors are coping and if they heard or saw anything that night that might help bring justice for Cruzita. It's frustrating that there aren't any leads or suspects yet, but I hope that those with information come forward soon. The community deserves answers, and most importantly, Cruzita deserves justice. Keeping everyone affected by this in my thoughts.
