Has anyone ever looked into the timing of William's Army discharge? I've been doing some digging and find it odd that William P. Stark was discharged from the military on the exact day Helen disappeared. I know it was a significant day in his life, but why doesn't anyone talk about how coincidental that timing is? Could it have been related to her disappearance somehow? Like, maybe he knew more than he let on or had plans that day that Helen was unaware of? It's important not to jump to conclusions, but I think there's something to be said for looking more closely at how and when his discharge happened. Could it have been delayed or expedited for some reason we haven't considered? Perhaps someone with more expertise in military discharge processes during that time could shed some light on whether this was a common occurrence or not.
