Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the tragic loss of Marc Sweet. From what I've gathered, he was not only a beloved baseball coach but truly a pillar of the community. It's just so senseless that such a positive figure was taken in such a violent way. What really gets to me is the randomness of the whole thing. The fact that he wasn’t even at the gas station to buy anything, and then this senseless encounter happens—It makes you wonder about the fragility of life and how unfair these circumstances are. I read somewhere that he was always the first to volunteer his time for community events and was admired by those who knew him. It’s deeply unsettling that we're left with no explanation or closure. My heart goes out to his family and friends who lost such a wonderful soul. I hope justice is served and we can offer them some peace. Stay safe out there, everyone.
