Does anyone know if they've had any updates on the witnesses that were around during Joe's shooting? Ocean Beach is always bustling at night, especially near the restaurants. I can't help but think someone must've seen or heard something—we're talking about a busy area with lots of foot traffic. It's so sad to see his family still waiting for justice, and I can't imagine the pain they're going through.
