Hey everyone, I’ve been following Smith's case for a while now, and I keep coming back to the van. I mean, it's a green Ford van with living quarters! That's pretty distinctive, right? In 1974, when camper vans weren’t as common and with that specific Michigan plate (PXC954), it should have been easier to track or spot. Has anyone delved into whether there were sighting reports of the van after it left the Grand Canyon? Like, did anyone traveling through Arizona, or later possibly on the way to California, see anything? Also, considering he mentioned potentially going to the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, I wonder if authorities have ever reached out to park employees to check for any records or memories of a traveler in a green van around that time. If anyone has more insight or knows if this angle has been fully explored, please share! Every detail counts.
