I’ve been following the Atlanta Child Murders for a while, and Milton Harvey’s case just breaks my heart. I can’t even begin to imagine the nightmare his family has lived through since that awful day in 1979. What's truly unsettling is how his bicycle was found just a week after he disappeared, abandoned like that. It feels like such a symbolic marker of his innocence and the abrupt end to his childhood. That bright yellow 10-speed, just left there in a remote area off Sandy Creek Road—seems like there could be something more to glean from the location itself? It’s often the little details that may lead to bigger answers, but it’s frustrating when they appear to hit a dead end. I wonder if with today’s technology, something more definitive might come from re-examining the site where the bike was found. Maybe there’s a clue still waiting to be uncovered. Sending all my prayers to Milton’s family, hoping for justice and some measure of peace for them.
