I keep thinking about the circumstances around Danny Fry's last few days and just can't shake the eerie feeling surrounding his apparent anxiety and withdrawal. I mean, this was a guy known for being pretty lively, and then all of a sudden, he's described as quiet and not himself. It must have been terrifying to feel so isolated and maybe even to have a sense of what was coming. It's really sad to think that someone might have been in over their head, entangled in something they couldn't get out of. You can almost imagine the betrayal he must have felt from the very people he thought he was working with. The fact that his disappearance initially left so many questions unanswered makes it even harder for his family and friends. They had to wait years for the truth—and that’s just devastating. It's important to remember that, beyond the crime, there's a very human element of loss and unanswered questions for those who cared about him.
