Did anyone else read about Sandra Gallagher’s habit of giving out flowers to strangers? It’s just so characteristic of her generous spirit, and it makes her story all the more devastating. When I think about the kind of person she was, it’s hard not to feel emotional. She was someone just trying to spread a bit of joy wherever she went. It hurts to think that someone could exploit such kindness. I can't help but wonder about the woman who reassured Sandra in the restroom that night. What was going through her mind when she vouched for that man? I'm not blaming her, but it must weigh on her tremendously that her words might have influenced Sandra’s decision. It's chilling to think how quickly seemingly normal interactions can take such a dark turn. My heart truly goes out to Sandra’s children and loved ones. May they find some form of peace amid such a tragedy. Has anyone else found it difficult to process how someone who spread so much joy could meet such a terrifying end?

I’ve been thinking a lot about the tragic loss of Sandra Gallagher and the other potential victims of Glen Edward Rogers. One detail that really struck me is the interaction Sandra had in the restroom at the bar. It’s such a chilling reminder of how easily trust can be misplaced. It seems she was initially cautious, which makes me wonder about the other woman who vouched for Rogers. Who was she? Did she truly know him, or was she deceived by his charm just like so many others? It’s heartbreaking to think that a moment meant for reassurance ended up being so pivotal. My thoughts are with Sandra’s family and her kids, who had to grow up without their mom. It’s a painful reality that trust can be so complicated, yet essential in our connections with others. Love and light to everyone affected.
