Sandra Gallagher, a 33-year-old white woman and mother of three from Santa Monica, California, was tragically murdered on September 28, 1995. Known for her warm and generous spirit, Sandra had a habit of brightening strangers’ days by handing out flowers during her shopping trips. Her trusting nature, which endeared her to many, may have also made her vulnerable to the man who would ultimately take her life.
