I’ve been reading more about the timeline of Janene Weinhold's case and the surrounding events, and something about the complex where she lived really sticks with me. From everything gathered, it seems like the Buena Vista Gardens had become this unintended hunting ground for Prince. Given that he moved there just months before the crime spree began, I can't help but wonder if he chose that place deliberately due to its layout or maybe even because it offered him some level of anonymity with the residents coming and going.
For everyone who lived in the Buena Vista Gardens, it must have been a nightmare. The thought of being constantly on edge, knowing there was a killer in their midst, is hard to fathom. I hope they eventually found some semblance of peace after Prince's arrest. Does anyone here have more insights on what the atmosphere was like in the community during that time? How did people keep their spirits up with such a constant threat looming over them?
