I was thinking today about how witnesses play such a crucial role in helping solve cases like Cleottus Harvey's. It must have been so traumatic for anyone who accidentally ended up at the intersection of Tropicana and Rainbow Boulevard that day. Imagine being there and witnessing such a tragic event unfold. It’s horrifying to think about how life can change in an instant. I truly hope that someone who was there or heard something will come forward with information. It's hard to believe it’s been nearly a decade, and I can't imagine how tough that must be for his family and friends, especially his kids. Sending strength to them and hoping justice prevails. If anyone out there saw something that day, even the smallest detail could help bring closure.
